Groups must have a minimum of 5 horses on the schedule. Maximum number of horses worked on per day is 5.  This ensures a high-quality, thorough experience. Sessions are not rushed and may last up to 90 minutes. All clients must book ahead to ensure an appointment time. Last minute additions may be possible, but due to travel and time constraints, they cannot be guaranteed. All Bookings must be completed 2 weeks prior to event. Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to event for partial refund.

PAYMENT:

$150 per horse + % of travel per diem rate (split among barn).

Deposit: 50% of total cost. This is non-refundable and transferable for up to 90 days in case of emergency. Your deposit secures your spot. All remaining fees are due day of service.

TRAVEL RATE: 

*$185 per day (flat rate that is split among clients). Full travel rate is determined by the total number of days needed, including travel days.  Any location over 200 miles from Lexington, KY will require at least 2 days of per diem payment.

HORSES:
Horses must be sound and approved for session by vet. Please have horses fully groomed prior to the session. A handler may be needed, but I prefer working on them free in the stall when possible. This allows the horse to find full relaxation and flexibility. This also allows flexibility for the owner who may not be available to be on site.
