SCHEDULING:
All clients must book an
appointment time. Last minute additions may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Bookings must be completed 2 weeks ahead. Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to event for partial refund. I can accommodate up to 5 horses per day. This ensures a high-quality, thorough experience. Sessions are not rushed.
PAYMENT:
Rate is $750 + travel rate TBD depending on location. (see below)
This includes up to 5 horses. Additional horses/days can be added- contact me for rate.
Deposit: 50% of total cost. This is non-refundable and
transferable for up to 90 days in case of emergency. Your deposit secures your
spot. All remaining fees are due day of service.
TRAVEL RATE:
Full travel rate is determined by location and the total number of days needed,
including travel days. This rate is based on average costs incurred while on the road. Any location over 200 miles from Lexington, KY will
require at least 2 days of per diem payment.
HORSES:
Horses must be sound and approved for session
by vet. Please have horses fully groomed prior to the session. A handler may be
needed, but I prefer working on them free in the stall when possible. This
allows the horse to find full relaxation and flexibility. This also allows
flexibility for the owner who may not be available to be on site.
